An Affordable Housing Rental Community in Eagle County.
River Dance has the potential to increase Eagle County’s supply of homes currently available under $500k by 5,633% upon construction completion (assuming similar availability upon finishing final development).
The Workforce Housing Crisis is felt heavily in our backyard. Essential workers are unable to find affordable housing in Eagle County, while many local businesses struggle to find qualified employees. Over time and with consistent new development, providing quality homes at an affordable price for Eagle County’s current and future workforce will resolve this crisis. River Dance is the next logical step for our community. Upon construction completion, Eagle County will realize 212 rooftops critical to the growth and sustainability of the area.
Changing the landscape of Affordable Housing in Eagle County.
With the flexibility provided by the Annexation Agreement, approved in 2018 by the Town of Gypsum, Fortius Capital can explore a hybrid approach between Tiny Homes/Park Models and Long/Short-Term RV Pad Rentals. Fortius Capital’s planned future development includes an attractive amenity package to support the development of and demand for 172 additional units, including a complete rebranding of the property.
River Dance’s future development will be conducted in three phases, in parallel with acquiring
additional Eagle River effluent discharge rights from the CDPHE to support the development of
Fortius Capital’s proposed hybrid unit-mix (212 hybrid sites or up to 266 RV Pads).
