Delivering attainable Vail Valley homeownership

Roughly ten years ago, Fortius Capital took control of a distressed residential development, Two Rivers Village, in Dotsero, CO. Fortius completed a vast majority of the project, building and selling over 150 homes in the following six years. In 2025, Fortius will complete this development by constructing 46 units on the remaining developable parcels in the associated TRV PUD. With a focus on delivering value to the entry-level housing market within the Vail Valley, the project offers homes at an attainable price point for locals, essential workers, and first-time homeowners aiming to gain a foothold in the area.
